Hi,

1. Make sure that redis and redis cluster are reachable via envoy

you can check envoy admin portal {/clusters} to view all upstream for envoy

2. Make sure that the operation timeout/ cluster connection timeout is properly set

3. Make sure you have proper port forwarding for redis and redis cluster containers
